Filipino Foods

         The Philippines is known in many different kinds of food known as Filipino food. Because here in the Philippines the Filipino's are best in making new food and product cause our food is not just well-known in our country but also in other countries. More than seven thousand islands, with multiple cultures, in the Philippines. Simple, tropical cuisine is the backdrop for a series of native dishes, adapted to suit the country's varied geography. Seafood (mainly fish) comprises the basic food group for indigenous Filipino cuisine, as well as chicken, pork, citrus fruits, garlic, onion, and tomatoes, with rice as a staple.

          The foreign influences have shaped Filipino food with other countries such as Chinese, Spanish, and etc. but the Philippines represent the native cuisine. Including our best seller native cuisine called adobo which made of chicken, pork, vegetable, garlic and more. If you were to describe Filipino dishes you might find yourself cooking the best definition of Filipino food.

            We Filipinos are known to claim that we love to eat and dine from any other restaurant including carinderia’s and etc. because we want to try all the dishes and most of all we tried it and we can certainly tell that the taste and texture of our dishes are most of the time difference.

            

             We Filipino’s is known as sociable people who love’s to party and try every kind of foods and dishes including the new dishes that inspired by foreign countries. As the time goes by we Filipino influences by other countries to mix their food in our dish including the ingredients the mixture and other.

             But in other way sometimes it feels so sad because as the time goes by many of us are not aware that we are no longer using our own ingredients that are raised, or cultivated by our country, so how do we really define filipino cuisine if the ingredients we are using is influences by foreign and not name from our own land.
